This is a great place to go after surgery the therapy straight up number 1 the nursing staff is phenomenal and most goes well and beyond their call of duty the nursing aide staff are number 1 in my book they answer a the call button within 10 to 15 minutes the supervisors are all wonderful and the cafeteria food is by far the best for a nursing home. It is always clean they have activities for all the kitchen staff are great the breakfast, lunch, and dinner was always served on time if this is not it should be 5 star facility. And the admission director is by far the best. These are the the nurses and the people who took care of me from, these are the nurses who took care of me Tara, Alexa, Corey, Ronna, Annulika, the nurses aide Christina, Joann, Loree, Corynne, Kamari, Marcus. And then the male Physical therapist was outstanding always keeping his word, and then there is the nurse management team all were great when asked the nurse management team someone would come and and see what is needed, and the kitchen help always answered my call.when I needed them, and then by far my favorite person came all the way to interview me at another facility to guestion and see if I would be eligible for a transfer and with in a matter of a couple day had approval for transfer her name Is Toni Jackson thank you Toni and to the staff at Post Acute Love you all Harold Wright
Nurses are nice and really take care of their client and inform family about their care
Great place staff is nice and care is 90%
Great customer service skills treat clients good and don’t have bedbugs / scabies
Got a ear exam and Adam was great he was very welcoming, friendly, informative, and enthusiastic 🤍
This Rehab facility is HORRIBLE and if I could give less than a 1 Star I would. Multiple families having issues with staff letting patients go to the restroom in diapers and leaving lay in bed throughout the day if they assistance going to the restroom. Spoke to a family and a patient will hit the button to go to the restroom, and call light is not answered for 45 mins to an hour and sometimes not even at all, her husband has to leave work to go assist the wife to the restroom. Same exact issue I am having for my family member. 11 days so far and she is making minimal progress. Has PT for an hour a day and then the put a diaper on her and leaves her laying around. Every department is wanting to pass the buck and no real answers of why. The place has HIGH turnover rates for employees and smell so bad.

They are taking excellent care of my brother. They are caring and experienced. The activities department is wonderful! They have activities for every holiday and then some. My brother couldn’t be happier.

This facility is a complete joke, theres maybe 2 staff members in the entire building that actually try. The rest hide in empty rooms, their cars, anything to get out of doing their jobs. The rooms are filthy and never cleaned. The staff treats patients as if their a burden to them. Hit the call button it could be days before they come check it. They do not do routine checks on patients like the law requires. Its truly sad seeing the other patients with no family to speak up for them. They dont even have a social worker to talk to about any problems. They shine the main hallway so the building looks clean, but its not. It smells like dirty dispers and old piss. I wish i could upload the photos I have for proof. There will never be another family member of mine there. They’d have better care in prison.

This place is awful. My father in law was sent here after surgery for rehab. Mind you he is in a wheel chair so needs help with basic activities such as even going to the bathroom. My father in law presses his call button/light and all they do is come in tell him to give them a minute and turn his light off. This happens everyday to the point where he has gone to the bathroom on himself and after that happens then nurses/aid won’t even come in to clean him up. They don’t give him his medication most days and if they actually do remember it’s not until 3-4am. I wouldn’t take my worst evemy here. We as a family are outraged and about how BPA treats their residents. Food trays are left in rooms for days on end. Laundry is never clean. When looking for someone to help (if you can even find someone) they are on their phones or as I’ve been told “to busy” and they will be with you in a minute, which never comes. Also if your family member has an infection of any type absolutely DO NOT send them here. My father in law has an infection that is suppose to require a suction machine and the gauze to be changed out every other day. We are currently on day 5 without any type of cleaning of the infection at all and have been told that they don’t know how to pack the change and pack the gauze. Mind you they are billing the insurance for everything that they “say” they do but 90% of it isn’t getting done

Robert was at Beavercreek Post Acute for three weeks, in that time he received excellent care. The staff are all very caring and kind. There is a lighthearted attitude in the staff. They were all very thorough in their care and cheerful at the same time. Each time I had a question it was answered to my satisfaction. When I ask for help with Robert’s care, I always received it. I would highly recommend Beavercreek Post Acute.

My 82 year old wife had surgery on both legs. Rods were put in both femurs. After reading the reviews, both good and bad, I chose to visit several facilities in the area. All had things to offer but I decided on Post Acute. Main reason was the place was spotless and the rehab section was large and looked complete. When she arrived, the room was ready and clean. Analeka (spelling?) was the nurse that checked her in very thorough and carefull. The following day rehab began. She could not stand or take a step. Steve took his time and kept encouraging her to try harder. As the days passed all of the staff had a hand in her rehab. Long and short, 47 days later she was discharged and sent home. We cannot express our gratitude and thanks for all who took part in this recovery. To the cleaning staff, the kitchen staff (meals were very good), nurses, office personnel, aides, PT,OT,ST, and anybody we missed, THANK YOU. ,

I an 69 years and had surgery for a severly broken ankle. I was non weight bearing on my right leg. Upon arrival i was given a very comfortable room. I was greeted by representatives from each department within the first two days. Everyone was extremely welcoming. The Aids and Nurses, Administrative staff , Social Worker, Transportation team and Physical Therapy personnel were helpful and so kind. They all demonstrated their desire for my comfort and recovery. The Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy exceeded my expectations. They helped me develope a sense of security in the skills they taught me. Diane and Diane (yes there are two) and Steven and Thomas are the OT/PT professionals who worked with me. They kept me motivated and encouraged me and were instrumental in my recovery. I was very happy during my 2 1/2 week stay.

My father was in a hospice room in this facility. I cannot thank the staff enough for the compassion that they showed to my father and our family. They treated my dad as if he was their own father. The place was very clean and the entire staff was very professional in everything that they did. I cannot recommend this facility enough nor can I thank them enough for how they cared for my dad. And I want to say a special thanks to Tara a nurse in this facility for all the compassion that she showed all of us. Again thank you so much for everything.

I highly recommend Beavercreek Post Acute for anyone recovering from surgery. The rooms are large and comfortable. Best of all are the staff. The nurses, aides, and other staff are attentive and friendly. They do their job with compassion and positivity. A special shout-out to the PT team, who helped me so much with their knowledge and encouragement.

My mom went to BPA aftering being in and out of the hospital for months. The Rehab she received enabled her to become mobile again. While there she decided to stay at the facility due to ongoing health issues. She loves it! The activities director keeps her busy being the social butterfly she is.

My husband was a resident of Beavercreek Post Acute for two months and the staff was very helpful. The Activities program had a variety of activities for all the residents. The nursing staff was always kind and considerate. The nurses aides were always fast to respond and eager to help with his request.
